The recent lottery for affordable apartments at Hathon* - 39 Main St. has left numerous vacancies for households of low and moderate income which will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
Upon registration on a waiting list, ALL applications (market rate and affordable) are subject to a background check which can include review of income, prior occupancies and criminal record*. Once approved, a more detailed application is reviewed for eligibility as an affordable tenancy.
