Thayer Homestead contains the Thayer Hall function room and the renovated Thayer Farmhouse. The Farmhouse contains the Homestead Suite on the first floor and the Resident Manager's living quarters on the second floor.
All functions take place in the Thayer Hall. For a large function or wedding, renters can add use of the Homestead Suite for an additional fee of $100. This expands the function area and provides a quiet retreat or bridal dressing area.
