Project Summary: The application for Major Site Plan Review and a Groundwater Protection District special permit proposes the construction of a new 7,400 sq. ft. industrial steel building on the property. The proposed site will not longer require on-site fueling or outdoor fleet storage, as indicated in the original application submittal.
