Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide lawful guidance, direction, coordination, and leadership to Town officials and departments; assist in creating policies and procedures that will attract and retain professional, knowledgeable, and innovative employees; and offer all of our staff a resource for benefit services, training, and employee relations.
