⚠️ Emergency Alert 11-20-2024: No Burning Mandate per Medway Fire Department

Pride Day Committee

Last night, co-chair Kristen Salera of the Medway Pride Committee went in front of the Medway Select Board to request a name change from Medway Pride Day to Pride of Medway Day. It was unanimously voted in.

The revision will better reflect its true purpose: celebrating Medway’s vibrant businesses and local organizations. Unfortunately, the previous name caused unintended confusion.

Additionally, the Pride of Medway committee met with the Celebrate Medway committee and unanimously decided to merge the two events on the same day. Pride of Medway Day will occur on July 19, 2025, from 10 to 1. The event will cater exclusively to Medway businesses. Celebrate Medway will begin at 2 p.m. and conclude at 9:30 p.m.

Medway Pride Day will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Medway Middle School (45 Holliston Street).

Medway Pride Day encourages local businesses and residents to show their community spirit. The following is a list of ways that you can join in the excitement and town pride:

Rent booth space for the event

More than 60 businesses, crafters, and organizations set up booths each year. If you choose to participate in this way, you can offer fun activities, distribute information about your services, or sell goods. We encourage organizations to use this event to showcase what you do!

Sponsorship

$250, $500, and $750 levels are available.
