The Town Election will be held May 20, 2025 from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm at the Medway Middle School 45 Holliston Street Door 8.
Please note you can request an absentee ballot until 5pm on Tuesday May 13, 2025 and can absentee vote in person up until 12pm Monday May 19, 2025. Please call us or email us with any questions regarding this information. Information about the election can be found HERE.

Mission Statement
The Town Clerk is the official keeper of the records for the Town of Medway. The office handles the recording and preservation of records including:
- Town By-laws
- Minutes of Town Meetings and certification of votes (forwards certifications to the Attorney General's Office and Secretary of the Commonwealth for approval)
- Vital records - Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates
- Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board filings - Twenty day appeal certificates
- Dog Licensing
- Non-Criminal Disposition
- Raffle Permits
