The Town Clerk’s Office will conduct the annual Massachusetts Voter Inactivation process on Monday, June 22, 2026.
What does this mean? This routine annual process updates the voter status for residents who have not submitted a local census since 2025 or earlier.
Important Note: Your voter registration is not being deleted. Your status is simply moving to "inactive." If you attend the next Town Meeting or Election as an inactive voter, you will just need to present a valid ID before voting.
How to keep your status active: If you believe your status may be affected, you can easily secure your active standing by completing a blank census form here. Please submit it to the Town Clerk’s Office via email at townclerk@medwayma.gov or in person at Town Hall, 155 Village Street.
