As the landscaping season begins, please remember to keep grass clippings, leaves, and other yard waste away from the streets, sidewalks, catch basins, and stormwater detention basins. Excess organic debris left on hard surfaces can runoff into the drainage system and cause harmful algae blooms in our waterways.
