Before You Head to the Polls on Election Day – Tuesday, May 20 – Review This Quick Voter Checklist:
✅ Check Your Voter Status Online
Make sure your registration is up to date. The State requires all residents to respond to the Annual Street List (census). If you haven’t, your name may appear on the inactive voter list.

✅ If You’re Marked as Inactive – Don’t Worry
You can still vote. At the polls, you’ll simply need to complete an Affirmation of Current and Continuous Residence and show identification. Once you do, you'll be returned to the active voter list.
✅ Bring Proper Identification
Acceptable forms of identification include:
-
A driver’s license or state-issued ID card
-
A recent utility bill
-
A rent receipt or lease
-
A voter registration affidavit
-
Any other printed document showing your name and address
