Thursday, October 14, 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. at Medway High School, 88 Summer Street
Wednesday, October 20, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Medway Senior Center, 76 Oakland Street
Requirements:
- Ages 3+
- Please bring a copy of your insurance card & wear a short sleeve shirt
- No copays
