Halloween is Tuesday, October 31st. Trick-or-treating will be observed from 5:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m. As Halloween approaches, Medway Police Department would like to offer the following tips: children should wear bright-colored, flame-retardant costumes, carry a flashlight, and walk on sidewalks.
