Did you know that a large boulder was found underground during construction on Rte. 109 back in 2016? Amorello crews discovered the boulder on Main Street near the Odd Fellows intersection near Lincoln Street. Crews removed it with an excavator and then a loader pushed it down the street where it sat for a few hours infront of Choate Park for all to see. Later that day, the loader pushed it into the park where it was broken up into smaller rocks. These rocks have now been incorporated into the wall.
