Narrative: The applicant seeks to redevelop this 21.1-acre site with a mix of residential and commercial properties. The site extends along Main Street (Route 109) from the former Mobil fueling station to Elm Street. The proposal includes a four-story apartment building with 267 residential units, with indoor and outdoor amenities, and three standalone commercial properties which include a bank, a restaurant equipped with a drive-through lane, and a redeveloped fueling station and general store. Five curb cuts are proposed for site access along Main Street to serve residents and retail customers, a reduction from eleven curb cuts that presently serve existing businesses. No development is proposed for the parcels in the back abutting Kelley Street.
