6:00 PM – The Board will enter Executive Session to discuss the potential purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property (72 A & B Main Street; 25, 33, 34 & 38 Winthrop Street), if the Chair determines that an open meeting could negatively impact the public body’s negotiating position.
