Coach Joe Iannone, who has led the program for 16 years, spoke about the culture he strives to build-one rooted in hard work, compassion, and mutual support.

The team capped off an impressive season with a 17-6 overall record, including a 13-3 performance in league play. They proudly noted winning the Westborough tournament in three of the last four years and advancing to the Final Four in tournament competition.

 

Coach Ianone also introduced the team’s captains-Junior Anna Freeman, and Seniors Victoria Bullard and Olivia Melanson-describing them as true extensions of the coaching staff and leaders both on and off the court.

 

Coach Shane Jackson of the boys' team also addressed the board, highlighting the team’s competitive spirit. He shared how opposing coaches frequently commented after games on how hard his players competed, describing back-to-back league titles. Coach Jackson introduced his coaching staff-Assistants Tim Corcoran, Andrew Tiernan, and Ed Healey-and team captains: Junior Logan Keaney, Seniors Brady Girard and Matthew Parlon, and Junior Jacob White.

 

A shared theme between both teams was the strength of team bonding and the lifelong friendships that were formed throughout the season.
