Big construction updates are coming to Summer Street starting next week. Please review the schedule below so you can plan your commutes and nighttime travel:

🌙 Nighttime Milling (Mon, July 6 – Fri, July 10 - subcontractor may be able to complete the work sooner):

• Work runs from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM each night.

• Crews will start at the Main St. side of Summer St. 

🏗️ Structure Adjustments (Tuesday):

• Crews will be on-site adjusting structures starting from the Main St. end to prepare the road for paving.

🚧 Paving & Road Closure (Thursday, July 9):

• Paving begins from Main St.

• ROAD CLOSURE: Summer St. will be temporarily closed between Main St. and Milford St. so crews can pave safely.

Police details and clear signage will be on-site to direct traffic. Local access will be fully maintained for residents, businesses, and the day care. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our town's infrastructure!
