Medway Town Manager Michael Boynton was interviewed by NBC10 News’s Matt Prichard yesterday (7/28/26) to discuss the ongoing effort to reopen Norwood Hospital and address regional healthcare constraints.
As a member of the Norwood Hospital Working Group, Town Manager Michael Boynton is advocating for state intervention on Beacon Hill ahead of this Friday’s legislative deadline.
While the hospital is located in Norwood, its closure following the 2020 floods directly impacts emergency room capacity, ambulance response times, and healthcare access across five counties, including right here in Medway.
