On June 30, 2022, MetroWest Collaborative Development submitted the final plans for Phase II of the Glen Brook Way project, which are being reviewed. The plans can be found here. These plans will be discussed at the July 7, 2022 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting. The agenda can be found here.

On April 14, 2022, MetroWest Collaborative Development resubmitted a request to the Zoning Board of Appeals to consider a Modification to the Comprehensive Permit for the development of Glen Brook Way. The full request to be discussed at the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on April 20, 2022, can be found here. On February 28, 2022, MetroWest submitted an initial Modification, which was withdrawn and reworked. The withdrawn submittal can be found here.

Metro West Collaborative filed a modification request on January 22, 2020 as they prepare to being the stages of constructing Phase 1. The modification request can be found here. It was concluded that the modification requests were insubstantial, the letter can be found here. The Decision was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals on February 5, 2020, click here to view.

Determination of Modification (Phase II)
On June 14, 2018, the Applicant, Metro West Collaborative Development, Inc. submitted a request for determination of a proposed modification (Phase II) to the Comprehensive Permit issued on August 2, 2017. The modification was to add 44 age-restricted affordable rental units, as well as expanding the site to include two additional lots.
