Water & Sewer Permit

Medway Water & Sewer Regulations require that you must have a Drain Layer’s License in order to perform any water, sewer or drainage replacements, repairs, or new connections requiring any excavating in the private and/or public way.  Water or sewer permit, trench and possibly street opening permit will be required for approval prior to work commencement.

Street Opening Permit

(used for driveway permits also)

Right of Way License is required. (unless an approved Drain Layer)  Permit approval is required on any work in roadway and/or right of way way (includes driveway work) There is no need for separate submittal of a trench permit.
