We're making a significant update to enhance the security of our digital communications.
Effective Friday, June 20, 2025, all Town of Medway email addresses will change from @townofmedway.org to @medwayma.gov.
Why the change?
This update is a key step in preventing email spoofing and improving our communications' overall safety and security.
What you need to know:
Starting June 20, please use the new @medwayma.gov email domain when contacting any Town department or staff member.
For example, townclerk@townofmedway.org will become townclerk@medwayma.gov.
What if you use the old address?
No problem! Emails sent to the old @townofmedway.org addresses will automatically forward to the new ones for a limited time. However, we recommend updating your contacts now to ensure smooth communication moving forward.
