News from the Assessing Department
The department of Revenue requires the Assessors to make an attempt to do a whole house inspection every nine years. If your property is on the list to do a cyclical inspection this year you will be sent a letter from the Assessor’s office. This inspection is done to be sure that the information we have on your property is accurate and that you are being assessed fairly and equitably.
