Agenda items: appointment consideration of Frank Ward to the Water Sewer Commission, approval for a common vicular license for the Village Griddle, the removal of two trees on Milford Street, the approval of the Medway Historical Society's Car Show event signage, the approval of change order #1 for Ide House repair and construction project in the amount of $52,214 for foundation and facade work. Updates from the Medway Village Food Pantry, civil engineer report on 72A & 72B Main Street, asset management plan for stormwater, wastewater, and water, and Charles River Pollution Control District Output price review. Approvals for a change order for the High School culvert project for $150,650 for the HS rear access road paving, the grant acceptance: Municipal Small Bridge Program ($150,000) for the HS culvert project, consideration of the SUP Medway's coalition request to amend the Select Board alcohol policy, approval to participate in additional National Opioid Multi-district litigation settlements, consideration of a public event permit: Medway Community Church 5K road race on August 23, 2025.
