On Thursday May 27, 2021 Timber Crest Estates submitted a modification request to the Comprehensive Permit dated May 31, 2017. All documents submitted are below:

At the meeting held on June 2, 2021 the Board voted the modification changes submitted on May 26, 2021 to be insubstantial. The letter for home design can be found here. The letter for construction phasing can be found here.
At the meeting held December 8, 2019 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted to approve the plans listed below dated November 29, 2019.
The Zoning Board of Appeals held an open meeting with Timber Crest Estates on November 20, 2019 to review the final plans submitted October 18, 2019. On Thursday, December 5, 2019 Timber Crest Estates submitted REVISED final plans to be reviewed at the continued meeting on Wednesday December 18, 2019 at 7:30 p.m at Sanford Hall.
