Project Overview

The goal of the Medway Municipal Complex project is to improve on the current building and site arrangements for the Medway Town Hall, the Medway Police Department, and the Medway Fire Department, so these important Town services can function as efficiently as possible.  The project, located at 120 Main St., will also provide a one-stop-shop for these municipal services.  Please visit the Project FAQ, other areas of the project website, and public Building Committee meetings to learn all you can on this very exciting project.

Construction Manager Selection

The Municipal Complex project is moving right along with the Construction Manager (CM) selection process.  There was no shortage of CM interest in the project, with (8) highly qualified CM's submitting their company's qualifications.  The next steps will be to review the proposals of the (4) CM's moving on to the next phase in the selection process, interview the (4) of them, and making a CM selection from there.  The (4) remaining CM firms are: Commodore Builders, Consigli Construction, Inc., Fontaine Bros., Inc., and W.T. Rich Company, Inc.  The project is anticipating having a CM officially on board by mid-February.
