We had 209 people "like" the video that was released yesterday. All the names were entered into a hat and Chief Allen Tingley, Parade Committee member manually picked the winner this afternoon. Kristina Herd Barisano's name was picked out of the hat.  Kristina and the lucky child of her choice (child, grandchild, friend's child or any child you deem should receive this honor) will receive VIP treatment this Saturday, November 24th during Medway's annual Christmas parade.

VIP treatment will include: wearing an age appropriate fire uniform and badge, parent and child will ride in the front seat of one of Medway's fire engines during the parade, picture taken with Santa, snacks and hot chocolate, special seating during the fireworks display at Choate Park. You will also be featured in this month's edition of the Medway/Millis paper.
