On November 15, 2017 Town of Medway Treasurer Collector Joanne Russo received certification from the Massachusetts Collectors & Treasurers Association at their Annual Fall Conference.  Russo completed the third and final year of coursework and passed the certification test at the annual courses held at University of Massachusetts at Amherst this past August.  Congratulations, Joanne.
