The Assessor’s Office will be at the Medway Senior Center on October 25th at 10 am with snacks for an open forum on assessing, what the assessor’s office does, and what the office can do to help. 

Chapter land applications are due October 1st.

Exemption applications have been mailed.  Remember when applying to bring verification of income and assets.  Income is based on calendar year 2015 and assets are as of July 1, 2016. 

Veteran Exemption (if 100%) we need a copy of your letter from the VA.

For Blind Exemptions, we need this year’s blind certificate from the Commissioner for the Blind.

If your property is in an irrevocable trust we will need your schedule of beneficiaries.
