The Annual Town Meeting is fast approaching on May 21st but before that, there will be a public hearing coming up on Tuesday April 24th at 7:45PM in Sanford Hall where the Planning and Economic Development Board will be discussing proposed amendments to the Medway Zoning Bylaw and Map. Residents are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments. Among the proposed Zoning bylaw changes is a change in the regulations regarding Medical Marijuana facilities, a new section on Recreational Marijuana regulations (Note per the March 19, 2018 Special Town Meeting vote, retail recreational marijuana establishments are not permitted anywhere in Medway), revisions to the Site Plan Review section of the bylaw, and Zoning District Boundary Changes.
