The 2018 census will be coming to a mailbox near you the week of January 15th!  Be sure to SIGN the census and return in the self-enclosed envelope.  New this year, you may scan and e-mail this document to census@townofmedway.org. 

NOTE:  If you are a registered voter in the Town of Medway and do not return or are not noted on the census form, you will be removed from the voter registration listing and will need to re-register to vote in future elections.
